Refund Policy

This refund policy describes how refunds and cancellations are handled for the website design and development services provided by Varlixo Studio. It applies to all service packages purchased or agreed through our website.
1. Cancellation before work begins
If you request to cancel a project before any work has begun, your payment may be eligible for a full refund. This excludes any non-refundable third-party costs (such as paid software, licenses or services) that were clearly agreed in advance as part of the project.
2. Once work has begun
Once work on a project has begun, refunds are assessed according to the amount of work already completed. A refund, if any, will reflect the value of the work that has not yet been delivered at the time of the request.
3. Completed work
Completed project stages and delivered work are generally non-refundable. This includes, for example, approved design stages, completed page builds and final deliverables that have been handed over to you.
4. If we are unable to provide the service
If Varlixo Studio is unable to provide the agreed service, you will receive an appropriate refund for any work that has been paid for but not delivered.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us by email at [email protected]. Please include your name, the project concerned and a brief explanation for the request. We will review it and respond within a reasonable time.
6. Processing time
Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution used for the original payment. Once a refund is approved, the time for the money to appear back in your account is controlled by that provider.
7. Currency and pricing
All prices are displayed in HKD. Refunds are issued in the same currency and through the same payment method used for the original transaction where possible.
